Hot rolls

What are hot rolls?

Hot sushi is a dish that resembles classic rolls, but differs in cooking technology. And often — by size and ingredients. They prepare hot sushi in Lutsk using the “tempura” technology. An important component of such rolls is a special batter made from a mixture of wheat and rice flour. In it, sushi is fried to a crispy, golden crust. Warm rolls are prepared in the oven, fried in a deep fryer or in a special pan – it depends on the specifics of the specific recipe.

Hot sushi is served to the table immediately after preparation, and should be eaten only warm. In order to emphasize the taste of such rolls, standard additions for Japanese cuisine are used – soy sauce, wasabi and ginger. However, warm sushi tastes great even without additives – their taste is complete by itself.

What are the hot rolls in Lutsk that we definitely recommend trying:

• Sweet Chili – with salmon, Unagi sauce, fresh and spicy chili peppers, Philadelphia cheese and almond flakes. A great choice for those who like moderately spicy dishes.
• Eel Tempura is a delicious combination of eel, cucumber, avocado, Philadelphia cheese and Unagi sauce.
• Salmon Tempura is for those who love salmon. After all, there are a lot of him in such warm rolls. The taste of the main component is emphasized by: cucumber, Unagi sauce, avocado and almond flakes.
• Basil Roll is unusual, but very tasty. Our chefs chose salmon here as the main ingredient. Pesto and Unagi sauces, almond flakes, Philadelphia cheese and cucumber complement it.
