  • 500 g wheat flour;
  • 300 ml warm water;
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 25 g fresh);
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 tsp sugar;
  • 1 tsp salt.

How to knead pizza dough:

  • In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface — this means the yeast is activated.
  • Sift the flour into a large bowl so it becomes lighter and enriched with oxygen. Then add the salt and mix well.
  • Add the activated yeast to the flour mixture, pour in the olive oil, and start kneading the dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a bit more flour.

How to make no-yeast dough

Making no-yeast dough is quite simple:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the liquid. Pour in the water and olive oil and begin mixing the dough with a spoon or your hands.
  3. Knead the dough. Transfer it to the table and knead for 5–7 minutes until it becomes soft and elastic.
  4. Shape the base. The dough is ready to use immediately after kneading. Roll it out into a thin layer and add your favorite toppings.
